It's a sleek pen that just works. It is surprisingly thin considering it is housing 3 different modes, black pen, red pen and pencil. It functions flawlessly. I have not had to change out any of the ink cartridges yet, but I'm hoping it goes smooth. Will update if it is an issue.Perfect for working in the travel industry.Great pen for signing off forms and making write-ups. I really like the look after awhile when the black paint comes off to show the brass underneath. Oh, yea the paint WILL come off, as I pictured, so if you don't like the looks of that then you will hate it.My biggest complaint is the pencil. For one, why make it .5? It keeps breaking, regardless of how hard you press down. Another thing is the eraser, it just doesn't last long enough and it is terribly small. They should at least include a couple extras, especially for the price.My biggest complaint is that the mechanical pencil will pretty much stop working. If you press down to make led come out it just won't and it will get into a bind. This make the entire thing unusable for aviation since a pencil is required for forms. Sure I don't have to carry around a red and black pen but I do have to carry an extra pencil for when this one decides to stop working. I have gone through two and both have the same issues, my coworkers also have the same issues. If it was fixed I would recommend this all day every day, but as it is now the .5, eraser, and mechanical pencil issues are a no-go for me.Ok, maybe calling a pen life changing is a bit of a stretch, but this pen is without a doubt the best writing utensil I’ve ever used. I’m sure there’s other pens out there that technically write better or use gel ink, but in the 3 years that I’ve been using my pen, it’s never failed me. Can’t say the same about any of the gel pens I’ve used. My B3 finally ran out of ink the other day (again, after 3 years of use), and all it took was ordering a refill to get it back up and running. The versatility of having black and red ink as well as a pencil is pretty awesome. I keep it with me all the time, and to be honest I have a sentimental attachment to it now. $22 might seem like a steep price to pay for a pen, but I would not hesitate to purchase another one.Just the cost is high but other then that it's the best triple pen out there for aviationMultifunctional pen that is very useful for many different uses. Very impressed with the amount of time the ink last.Nice to write with but for 1 pen, this is over priced. It feels more on the cheaper side and get anxious whenever I drop it on the warehouse concrete floor because I fear I’m going to pick up a broken pen. It’s flimsy but a cool concept.I liked the idea of this pen/mechanical pencil combo. I have multiple occasions where I need to switch quickly between ink and lead and it was difficult keeping both a pen and pencil on my person at all times. This seemed like the obvious solution, and it is. However, the slim size, matte black color, too-smooth body make it just a little less than perfect for me. I really wish the body was a slightly larger diameter and had a little bit of grip/knurl too it. I wouldn't say I have huge hands or anything, but I find that gripping the smaller body gets tiresome after a whole (it could be that I'm getting old too). It would help if there was another color than black available too. It's slim size and dark color helps it blend int o small spaces, like next to a monitor base or on a shelf. A bright steel/cobalt blue would be awesome for this pen.It's a great tool, but it could be better.Great pen, writes nicely and so useful to have red, black and pencil in such a tiny barrel. Found it afterwards at half this price elsewhere.I collect multi-pens and in terms of quality, this is an average multipen and is a bit overpriced.Update:This pen is not all metal and its construction is thin. The black and red pens are of low quality. Also, there are no marks on the pen to figure out what color is selected. There is a faint color ring around each pen tip but very hard to notice.The pen's interior is all made out of plastic. For a cheaper price, I'd rather buy any of Ohto's multi-pen.Have the Zebra Sharbo X and compared to this it fails in every aspect - the Skilcraft feels better in my hand, the mechanism is way better and more precise. Not sure what it is about it, no matter what other pen I use, I keep going back to it. Really great pen !Very nice, matt finish black coloured body pen. Looks sleek and nice. Abit heavy though. Writes well. Good to keep in the guys shirt front chest pocket to sign and fill up things quickly. Multi ink pen ( black and red, and a pencil, with an eraser) has a sleek design compared to those which can get of the shelves which are quite bulky. Will recommend to others. Impressed. Ordered 2 days ago and was told that it will be delivered the next day but was only delivered today, which is actually quite fast.Excellent pen with excellent workmanship. This was exactly what I was looking for. It writes smooth. Definitely recommend.
